Can a foreign company apply for the GTFS?

No. However, the following are eligible:

  1. Producer company: Legally registered Malaysian-owned companies (at least  51%) in all economic sectors
  2. User company: Legally registered Malaysian-owned companies (at least  70%) in all economic sectors
